The Bolter shows extremely lifted red fruits, as well as blackberries, and characters of blueberry jam. The wine has a long, soft and juicy palate and lush mouth feel, bursting with nuances of liquorice. It is an extremely approachable and drinkable Shiraz experience. Ready to be enjoyed now, it complements many styles of food including Asian, bbq, beef, curries and lamb.
