運送政策
We provide free delivery to anywhere in Hong Kong for orders over HK$1,000 otherwise a delivery charge of HK$80 will apply when you require delivery service.
For deliveries to outlying islands, door-to-door service is not available and customers are required to pick up at the pier on the delivery date.
Delivery Schedule:
- HK Island - Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday (except Southside)
- Kowloon - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
- New Territories (Inc. DB & Tung Chung) - Monday & Thursday
- Southside - Tuesday & Friday
- Outlying Islands (Inc. South Lantau) - Thursday (Drop off at pier only)
Please allow 4 working days for delivery, although we will do our upmost to get your wines to you as quickly as possible. If you have any doubts or queries, please contact us BEFORE you order.
We will not be able to deliver unless you provide a valid home phone or mobile phone number so that we can arrange delivery details with you.
