Linea Retta is a winemaking collaboration between two renowned winemakers: Italy’s Giorgio Rivetti from La Spinetta and Australia’s Larry Cherubino.

The name ‘Linea Retta’ (an Italian expression that can be translated as ‘in a direct line’) refers to their shared ‘vineyard first’ winemaking philosophies. Larry’s love of Italy in particular the wines of Piedmont meant that when the opportunity arose to collaborate with Giorgio he could not resist. “I have admired Giorgio’s wines from the first time I was introduced to ‘Pin’ in London and never thought I would be working with the man himself, so I feel incredibly lucky!” Linea Retta is the result.

While the Piedmont region in northeastern Italy tends to get the most attention for its fantastic red wines, it also produces gorgeous white wines. One of the first to gain an international reputation is Gavi wine, more formally known as Cortese di Gavi, because it is made exclusively from the Cortese grape. Named after the township of Gavi, these wines are crisp, refreshing, and so bone dry that they'll leave your mouth tingling. Documentation from local vineyards shows evidence of Cortese plantings dating back to 1659. Its current mode of production dates back to 1876 and reflects its terroir wonderfully. The grape has thin skins and naturally high acidity, balanced by the warm, sunny climate where they're grown. These wines have had DOC status since 1974 and DOCG since 1998.

We provide free delivery to anywhere in Hong Kong for orders over HK$1,000 otherwise a delivery charge of HK$80 will apply when you require delivery service. (Excluding Discovery Bay and other outlying islands) For deliveries to Discovery Bay, an extra delivery fee of $115 will apply for 12 bottles of 750ml.

For deliveries to outlying islands, door-to-door service is not available and customers are required to pick up at the pier on the delivery date.

Please allow 3 working days for delivery, although we will do our upmost to get your wines to you as quickly as possible.

We will not be able to deliver unless you provide a valid home phone or mobile phone number so that we can arrange delivery details with you.

South Lantau: If you require dor-to-door delivery, our South Lantau delivery contractor can access some addresses. Feel free to contact us with your address to see if we can help. An additional charge of HK$60 per case of 12 bottles applies.

Country Parks: Please inform us if we need special access to your address. We will provide the vehicle licence plate on day of delivery for entry application.
