The original Pimm's No.1 Cup is a gin-based spirit with a fruity flavour, made from a secret recipe that infuses gin with a delicate combination of herbal botanicals, caramelised oranges and warm spices.
The brand's most renowned cocktail is a Pimm's No. 1 Cup (or a Pimm's No.1 Jug if you're serving to a larger group). But that's not the only way you can enjoy the earthy botanical flavours - Pimm's can also be mixed into long drinks, cocktails and spritzes.
Recipe idea; take a large jug, add lemon, cucumber, apple and orange, cover with Pimm's and allow to soak. We suggest 3:1 ratio mixer to Pimm's. Many people use lemonade but the addition of tonic water and/or ginger ale really lifts the profile. Serve with ice and garnish with mint. Ideal for the British Summer or almost any day in Hong Kong.
