Godello

After nearly going extinct late in the last century, Godello is now mouth watering rare gem filled with grapefruit, lemon zest and quince. There is a backdrop of white flowers as well as herbs and like Chardonnays, a Godello can often be oak aged too.

Godellos pair well with white meats, seafood and herby or nutty dishes. A perfect companion to a classic Hong Kong seafood lunch on the coast.
