Victoria Rewards loyalty tiers allow our VIP members to ascend from downtown to the pinnacle of customer rewards. Rise to Victoria Peak via SOHO and Mid-Levels and enjoy percentage discounts on your orders, even if there are discounted products already in the cart.

The loyalty levels are as follows:

SOHO – 5% off all beverage purchases after spending HK$20,000.

Mid-Levels – 10% off all beverage purchases after spending HK$40,000.

Victoria Peak – 15% off all beverage purchases after spending HK$100,000.

A Victoria Rewards tier is for life. Once you attain a level you will not lose it, even if you don't make any purchases for over 12 months. For example, if you are a Mid-Levels member, you cannot go down to SOHO but you can qualify for Victoria Peak.
